June 26, 2020: A Message from our Executive Director
First and foremost, thank you for supporting the Rape Recovery Center. As I’ve transitioned into my new role as Executive Director, I look back at 2019 as a year of celebrations and milestones. 2019 was the Rape Recovery Center’s 45th Anniversary, we launched a new fully Spanish 40-hour advocacy training and over 14,000 individuals accessed or were impacted by our services. I am humbled by the work that has come before me. I look towards the future to ensure that all survivors have access to trauma-informed services, a community that meets all survivors with hope and healing, and the eventual end of sexual violence. As a partner in this work, I am excited to share our 2019 Annual Report below in English and Spanish for your review.
As we continue our work in 2020 we recognize that this year looks vastly different from past years and we recognize that our collective work is not done. It is important, more than ever, to continue to stand with survivors and with those who have been most impacted by health disparities and institutional violence. Thank you for making this work, and our community possible.

Dear Rape Recovery Center Community,
We sincerely hope this message finds you well and that everyone is staying safe while our community grapples with numerous health and safety concerns. Like many of you, our team has been working hard this week to make critical updates to our service delivery models so we can return to meeting the needs of survivors and the community. As we continue to create the infrastructure needed to do our part to protect those most vulnerable, we wanted to reiterate that although our physical office remains closed, there are still resources available.
Dear Rape Recovery Center Community,
As our country and state grapple with the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), Rape Recovery Center leadership is determined to do our part to protect the health of our community, particularly those who are the most vulnerable. In the last few weeks we have been monitoring this global situation carefully and creating contingency plans.
