Hospital Response Team Staff Coordinator
Salary:$37,440- $41,600 DOE

Full-time, Exempt 40-hours per week

Flexible work schedule, comprised of a rotating schedule: Week 1: Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 7:30 p.m (flexible), some weekends and evenings as scheduled
Week 2: on-call (8am-10pm Monday-Sunday), work schedule is from home during these weeks Reports To:Director of Advocacy Services
The Hospital Response Team (HRT) Staff Coordinator will provide direct services to survivors of sexual violence through code-r support, and some advocacy referral support. The position is dedicated to supervising the Hospital Response Team (HRT), training and developing HRT volunteers and staff, team meetings and inter-agency collaboration.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Represent the Rape Recovery Center with a professional image and manner.
Show confidence in the knowledge base, people skills, and competency
Build collaborative relationships with staff and volunteers as well as members of the community
Attend monthly HRT staff meetings
Attend bi-weekly staff meetings, weekly supervision meeting, bi-weekly consultation with Client Coordinator, and monthly HRT staff meeting
Supervision of HRT staff
Identify gaps in staff training and work to provide continuing education
Identify areas for development in procedures and protocols that encompass best trauma-informed practice
Find coverage for multiple cases that may come in during a short period of time by reaching out to HRT staff and volunteer advocates
Provide resources and referral advocacy services to survivors of sexual violence
Provide service planning meeting intakes to survivors, as needed
Support crisis line during the on-call week
Applicants should have strong leadership and advocacy skills - A minimum of three years, proven leadership experience, supervising a team
Applicant should have a degree in the human services field, or other relevant fields, OR at least four years of relevant experience, OR an equivalent combination of practical and academic experience - Bilingual and multi-lingual applicants are strongly encouraged to apply
