hospital response Advocate
Lisa’s work with non-profit organizations began alongside her early corporate career growth. She served on the Board of Directors for the Utah Association for Intellectual Disabilities, as well as being the corporate chairperson over charitable partnerships for her company. She has served in numerous corporate leadership positions where she has fiercely defended equality in the workplace.
Lisa is fairly new to working with survivors of sexual violence, having joined the Rape Recovery Center as a volunteer in January 2019. She has been humbled and honored to witness the courage, strength, and optimism of each client with whom she works. She believes passionately in the power of the human spirit, and that clients can find their own path to healing when empowered and provided with resources and a supportive community.
In her spare time, you can find Lisa traveling (or planning her next trip), binge-watching Grey’s Anatomy, or eating copious amounts of mac and cheese.
