Tami is the mother of 5 children and 2 stepchildren. She loves being a mom and is deeply committed to teaching her family healthy thinking patterns and strong skillsets for life. Having both seen and experienced domestic violence in her own life, Tami is passionate about helping victims of all forms of abuse by being a strong voice for survivors, making a difference in their lives and helping them to feel hope. She is a firm believer that one person can make a difference. Tami joined the Hospital Response Team in 2018 and has proven herself to be a strong, effective, and caring victim’s advocate. She has received several certificates and training in sexual assault, domestic violence, suicide prevention, and awareness, disabilities, and continues to take opportunities to educate herself in these areas. Her current goal is to obtain a master’s degree in Social Work and community outreach
