We offer a wide range of services and programs for communities to come together and learn how to end and prevent sexual violence in Utah.

The Rape Recovery Center is committed to increasing awareness and engaging all communities in the goal of ending sexual violence. We develop and contribute to programs, events, and projects to increase awareness and education around consent, sexual violence, services, empowerment, and volunteer opportunities.

The statistics on sexual assault

Sexual assault is unwanted sexual contact of any kind. This may include touching, fondling, indecent exposure, etc. Sexual harassment is any deliberate or repeated behavior (visual, verbal, or physical) that is sexual or gender-based and unwelcome. 

Sexual assault is a crime of power and control. A survivor is never responsible for the assault.
